Global Leader’s Leap of Faith
An Indian MNC with global reach and manufacturing facilities across India, Asia, Europe and USA wanted to enter into a new sector. We were approached to provide an insight into the sector. What started as a small presentation has developed into a large hand holding exercise.
To allow the management leadership to take a decision we conducted a market study and presented the status of the market to the company’s leadership. Based on the study we assessed the machines required to be procured and the various products that could be manufactured by the company. The company has gone ahead and procured the machines based on our assessment and advice.
Once the range of products was identified, we assisted the company in identifying the various prospective clients. Presently we are involved in coordinating various interactions between our client and their prospective clients to finalise the establishment of the new business vertical.
